With regard to quality of the Walter Presents shows,i say any quality is better than none hehe...i would rather watch a show than not at all.

With most of these shows there's almost always a good quality version, usually 720p, from the original source (SVT for instance), the only difference is they don't have English subtitles.
In practice there's really no option, keep up with what is available. If somebody wants better quality, then its time to look elsewhere. If it wasn't for Walter Presents we wouldn't have even heard of some of these series, and would have missed some real good ones, not to mention the subtitles problem :)
